The Walla Walla Regional Airport has an assortment of undeveloped property for lease. Parcel sizes can be configured to meet your needs. Property is available adjacent to the aviation ramp and a variety of locations within the airport industrial park including parcels with immediate access and visibility from U.S. Highway 12, with traffic counts of 12,000 cars per day. Property is also available with spectacular views of the Blue Mountains and directly across from the modern commercial services airport terminal building.
The majority of airport property is served with standard municipal services (water, sewer, electricity, natural gas, phone). The airport encourages a variety of mixed-use developments including aviation, light industrial and commercial uses. The airport is located within the Walla Walla urban growth boundary and is within the planning and permitting jurisdiction of Walla Walla County. Due to Federal Aviation Administration restrictions the airport does not sell property. However, the airport has a proven track record of structuring lease agreements related to their length, with an option for the airport to purchase the improvement in the future and/or tenant removing the asset at the end of the lease, that encourages investment at the airport. The Port has established the following lease rates and development guidelines for airport land.
